Culinary Magic Ladle Pendants

from $70.00

Calling all kitchen witches, herb magicians, and plant whisperers! These ladles are entirely hand-fabricated ad include tiny details like rivets at the base of the handle and a decorative handle loop. Each in this series of whimsical ladles is scooping up something unique!

A - A twining, fruiting bean vine— complete with two little beans and three sets of leaves. The vine is rooted in textured silver, mimicking rich garden soil. Solid sterling silver.

B - A wee oak sprout— modeled after the oaks in our southern Oregon home forest. The acorns produced by these trees are crucial to local wildlife, and were a staple food for the original Native American inhabitants of this land. Mixed metal: copper ladle, sterling silver sprout and soil.

C - Creepy crawly ivy vine rooted in silver soil. Solid sterling silver.

D - Don’t fret— the cute little isopod is just curled up sleeping. We don’t cook our friends! Another mixed metal creation with copper ladle and silver roly poly.

E - A small sprout, before its true leaves have come in, being visited by a friendly inch worm. Solid sterling silver.

F - Cat Tail— every part of this plant is edible if you harvest at the right time of development! This cat tail is growing up out of silver textured like the surface of pond. Sterling silver with a copper ladle and seed head.

G - Mushrooms! Three tasty little fungi in three different stages of development. Copper ladle with silver shrooms and soil.

Hand fabricated from solid 0.925 sterling silver and copper. As with all handmade items, actual product may vary (very!) slightly from the photograph. Measure approximately 4.5 cm long and 1.7 cm at their widest point. Price is for one ladle.
